Are discounts available for larger orders?
We can offer significant savings on bulk orders! When you contact us for a quote on your design be sure to let us know the quantities you're expecting to order and we'll be sure to take this into account - with significant savings available on printing or embroidery runs of 10 or 100 garments.

Can you print/embroider on garments I supply?
It depends on the garments! We're happy to customise a customer's own clothing wherever possible, though we need to see the garments in order to determine their suitability for the processes we use. Contact us or drop in to our premises to discuss the possibilities.

Do you have a shop I can visit?
If you're local to Lowestoft, you can find our premises in Rant Score, off Whapload Road. Here you'll find a shop stocked full of local school uniform, and the option to collect orders you've placed over the web. If you're interested in placing an order, our staff will always be happy to discuss your own designs with you.

Do you just print clothing?
No! We've nearly thirty years' experience in printing signs and banners, and can offer a range of promotional items from mugs to keyrings. Our website just shows a selection of the possibilities - if you can't find something you're after then just get in touch with your idea and we'll see what we can do.

How can I pay?
Online orders can be paid by credit/debit card via WorldPay, offering safe and secure payment from a wide range of cards and bank accounts. Alternatively, if you have been provided with a quote you can pay over the phone via credit/debit card or via BACs. Please ask for details when speaking with our team.

How long will my order take?
Typical turnaround time is around 7-10 working days from payment to delivery. If you require a quicker turnaround, please contact us to discuss the possibilities.

How will my item be sent?
If you have paid to have your order delivered, you may receive it in a number of ways. Most large orders are sent using via FedEx guaranteed next-day service. Smaller orders, such as school uniforms, will be sent via Royal Mail First Class. Screens may also personally deliver some local orders.

Is there a minimum order quantity?
The nature of the printing processes we use mean that we can offer the best value when producing a run of similar items. Some of our special offers are therefore based on minimum order quantities, and these are clearly detailed on those pages and adverts. Smaller runs are possible, but may incur additional charges - please contact us with your requirements.

Is there any way to see how my design will look before it is printed?
A free proof of artwork is available for all custom orders; allowing you to see exactly how your design will be laid out before we go ahead with the run. Simply check the 'FREE artwork visual' box when checking out, and our artwork team will send you a free digital proof for approval once they have prepared the design.

My club/team are interested in Screens providing our kit - how can we go about this?
We're proud to supply a number of sports teams and activity clubs with their clothing, either by large orders to the club or individual orders to the members themselves. Please contact us with information about your club and requirements and we'd be happy to discuss the possibilities with you, including the option for members to buy kit directly through our website.

My print is a bit more complicated than the offers on your website - can you still do it?
Absolutely. Our website offers some of the simpler printing and embroidery combinations to help speed up the process for these orders - but we will be glad to print any combination of prints and colours for you. Simply fill out an enquiry form with your requirements and one of our team will soon be in touch.

What are your opening times?
We are open: 9am - 5pm Monday - Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) 9am - 1pm Saturday Of course, you can contact us by email around the clock, and we'll get back to you as soon as we can.

We deal with a number of clothing, workwear and sportswear brands, including Fruit of the Loom, Hanes, American Apparel, Russell, Dickies, Gildan, Maddins, Prostar, Stanno, and many more. You can browse our online catalogue to see a selection of the garments available for decoration.
